Hey, Ahmed Shaikhon here. Quite simply, I created this blog to explore personal development topics and answers to questions along the lines of:
How do I quickly break toxic habits and create great ones that serve my purpose?
How do I get myself out of a negative, anxiety-inducing thinking cycle and be happier?
How do I get myself to start doing the things I always wanted to do and continue doing them?
How can I gain a deeper understanding of myself to lead a fulfilling, stellar life?
At some point in my life I got fed up with being anxiety-ridden and depressed a lot of the time, as well as fostering habits that were destructive to my mental, physical health and productivity. I decided to take back control of my life and became obsessed with finding ways to do just that.
I have been embarking on a continuous self improvement journey for 14 years and I continue to do so. During this time I have gained a deep understanding of how the mind works and the roles that invisible mental scripts play on making and breaking habits as well as influencing the lens through which we view the world and ourselves.
I decided to share with you the tools and resources I used to turn my life around, in hopes of helping you overcome limiting mental blocks, at a deep level, and become the best version of yourself ever.
